Do you have a recipe that you would like to share with us?

The majority of the recipes on this site have been submitted by people like you!

We are always looking for new recipes to help our clients reach their goals.  If you have a favorite that you would like to share, please use the form below.

Here are the rules:

  1. The recipe must be original
  2. You must include an original photo
  3. Recipe must adhere to the rules of phase 1 dinner
  4. Contain no IP products (we want recipes that dieters can share with family, and continue to use in maintenance)
