This crock pot recipe makes 2 cups of select veggies to 8 oz of protein for a complete phase 1 dinner.

      1. Use a 6-quart slow cooker and add the chicken.
      2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, garlic cloves, Walden Farms Balsamic dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
      3. Pour this mixture on top of the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for about 4 hours.
