Instructions
  1. In bowl, mix salt, pepper and onion powder.
  2. In skillet, saute garlic with 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  3. Add shrimp to skillet then sprinkle with seasoning. Cook until side is pink, then flip and season. Remove from skillet when cooked. Approximately 5 minutes total.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons olive oil and remaining seasoning to skillet. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add asparagus and cook until tender.
  5. Return shrimp to skillet and mix together.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
