This LCLF recipe is quick and easy to prepare and will satisfy the entire family! Can be used for Phase 1 if you skip your allowed 1 oz of milk in your morning coffee.

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger 85% lean during weight loss phase
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 large whole eggs
- 1/4 cup milk * see notes on how this is allowed on phase 1!
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp minced dry onions
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 stalks large celery stalks

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Chop celery stalks.
- Mix all ingredients by hand.
- Spray muffin tin with olive oil spray
- Add mixture to muffin tin.
- Cook for approximately 25 minutes.
Recipe Notes
- Makes one serving of protein to 1/2 cup of veggies. Don't forget to have and additional 1 1/2 cups of veggies on the side.
- Skip your allowed 1 oz of milk in your morning coffee to account for the milk in this recipe. Recipe calls for 1/4 cup which equals 2 oz for two servings, so the numbers match!
