    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Add 1/8 teaspoon of olive oil to large flat skillet. Sauté minced garlic, add shrimp. When shrimp turns pink, flip. When second side turns pink remove from heat and skillet, and place in warming draw.
    2. In large flat skillet, heat enough oil to cover the bottom.
    3. Sauté minced garlic with finely diced white part of green onions for approximately 1 minute.
    4. Add spices, and salt to the pan with grated cauliflower and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    5. Add tomatoes, peppers and diced green onion tops,
    6. Stir to mix well and brown a bit.
    7. Remove from heat. Mix in cooked shrimp.
