This tasty steak recipe is perfectly portioned 2 cups of veggies per 8 oz of protein!

      1. Heat broiler on high. Rub steak with olive oil, black & cayenne peppers and rosemary on both sides.
      2. Broil about 5 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness.
      3. Boil zucchini for 2 minutes, then drain.
      4. Meanwhile grease pie plate and arrange zucchini in a circle, slightly overlapping them.
      5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
      6. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, then at 475 for 10 additional minutes
