    1. Pour olive oil on a hot pan. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until it turns golden.
    2. Add cubed chicken pieces. Add salt, turmeric, biryani masala, chopped mint leaves, red chili powder and mix and sauté.
    3. When chicken is a little more than half way done, add chopped mushroom. Add chicken broth.
    4. Cover and cook on medium flame for 7 mins. Then add cauliflower rice and mix well, cook covered for 5 more mins.
    5. Turn off the flame and add lemon juice and fresh cilantro. Serve hot with raw onion

    Biryani masala is equal portions of cardamom, cinnamon and cloves powdered
