      Instructions
      1. Brown the ground beef, drain off any fat, season with salt and pepper.
      2. Soak the dry onions in a little water to rehydrate them.
      3. Put the meat in a large salad bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
      4. Toss and eat at once.

        I made it today for the first time, and after being on the diet for 3 weeks, this is my first time having salad dressing of anykind! it was heaven.. I have to say the onions are staying with me, so I'll most likely cut the mined onion to 1/2 teaspoon. I'm wondering if anyone has done the calorie count on this? off to figure it out.
