Ingredients

asparagus
2
cups
mushrooms
sliced
4
teaspoons
olive oil

teaspoon
onion powder
3
cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoon
parsley
freshly chopped

teaspoon
black pepper
to taste

teaspoon
sea salt
to taste
Instructions
In bowl, mix salt, pepper and onion powder.
In skillet, saute garlic in olive oil, then add seasonings.
Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add asparagus and cook until tender.
Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
