About the Ideal Protein Protocol

What can Ideal Protein do for you?

Disclaimer: Weight loss is an individual experience, result can and will vary.

Learn as you go!

Ideal Protein is a four phase program that allows you to learn new lifestyle skills as you shed the pounds!  Here is how each phase breaks down.

Phase 1 is the most restricted phase of the Ideal Protein weight loss protocol.  You eat four times a day.  The focus of each meal is to provide you a sufficient amount of protein to sustain your muscle mass as you lose weight.  During this phase you begin to build the foundation for your new healthy lifestyle, by learning guidelines to prepare a healthy dinner. Click Here to see what your dinner will look like!

During Phase 2 you learn how to make a healthy lunch.  This lunch is comprised of 2 cups of low glycemic vegetables and 8 oz of protein.  The lunch rules are very easy to learn as they are very similar to dinner rules.  This phase lasts two weeks.

Phase 3 we learn guidelines for a healthy breakfast and safely reintegrate carbohydrates back into your diet.  This phase lasts 2 weeks.

Now that the first 3 Phases have been completed and weight loss has been achieved, it’s time to enjoy the freedom that you have while maintaining your new shape! Phase 4 is a very simple maintenance plan; you need only to understand a few simple principles. Good food combinations are essential during the Maintenance Phase.
