Foam Rolling for Back Pain

Prolonged positions at a work station or driving can create muscle imbalances in the lower extremities that eventually can wreak havoc on the low back. Come learn some basic foam rolling exercises with Dr. Tellier that will target tight muscles, trigger points and promote muscular balance. $10 per person. Space is limited and reservations required.
